This chart illustrates the

from coal tar (a carcinogen), to UV radiation (a carcinogen), to
methotrexate (an antimetabolite used in cancer therapy), to
cyclosporine and other immune system suppressants used to prevent
transplant rejection, to synthetic vitamins (retinoids derived from
vitamin A such as etretinate or its metabolite, acretin, as well as,
tazarotene, or vitamin D analogues such as calcipotriene), to
genetically engineered monoclonal antibodies that depress the immune
